Sports turfs are custom produced on a per job basis. The process consists of yarn selection (YFII, Fibrilated, Nature's 3rd Generation, or Thilon) then pile height determination, and finally stitch gauge & stitch rate. Our artificial sports turf grasses are manufactured in an ISO9001 and ISO14001 certified enviroment by a FIFA licensed organization. Artificial sports turf products are available in 6mm (1/4") to 70mm (2.75") pile heights and in tufting gauges from 5/32" to 3/4". We can produce sports turfs with a double layer or triple layer primary backing and with polyurethane or latex secondary backings.

This fiber has outstanding memory and with the proper amount of infill to suit your expect foot traffic is a highly durable grass. The grass is made with a delustered monofillament tall fiber in a spring bi-color (variation of lighter and darker green with little to no yellow). The Vista Sport/Pet comes with an all green thatch.

The California PRO is a premium grade 75 oz face weight artificial grass product. This amazing product is made with an olive bi-color tall fiber and a green and brown thatch/curly fiber. The California Pro is the most natural looking southwestern style artificial grass on the market today. The look and texture has been achieved by using two different tall fibers - an oval shaped field green/lime green fiber blend and a diamond shaped field green/lime green fiber blend - the variance in blade width, color and shape creates an amazingly natural texture. Both tall fibers are made by Tencate. The shape of the fibers allows for outstanding memory without sacrificing its incredibly soft texture. Soutwestern Sod Sport is an excellent olive bi-color artificial grass product. This product was specifically designed for sporting applications where the consumer doesn't want to use the 8lbs to 10lbs per sq ft of infill that is tradionally used with artificial sports turfs. It is an excellent choice for indoor soccer arenas, agility training areas, batting cages, as a golf fringe, etc. This product is made from the same yarn as our Southwestern Sod - but done in a very low pile height (1.125", 28mm) - to provide a very dense, artificial grass playing surface.
